Who we are

Our website address is: https://truehealthclinic.se.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the information displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and the browser’s user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there. The Privacy Policy for the Gravatar service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will appear in public along with your comment.

Media

If you upload photos to the site, you should avoid uploading photos where EXIF data includes data from GPS location. Visitors to the website can download and obtain all positioning data from images on the website.

Cookie files

If you leave a comment on our website, you can choose to save your name, email address and website address in cookie files. This is for your convenience so you won’t have to fill out this data again the next time you write a comment. These cookie files are valid for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to investigate whether your browser accepts them. This cookie does not contain personal data and it disappears when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also create multiple cookie files to save information about your login and your choices for the design of the screen layout. Cookie files for login are valid for two days and layout files are valid for one year. If you cruise in "Remember Me" your cookie will remain for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookie files will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, an extra cookie file will be saved in your browser. This cookie file contains no personal data but only indicates posts ID for the article you just edited and expires after a day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this website may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves just as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect information about you, use cookie files, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with said embedded content, including tracking your interaction with this embedded content if you have an account and are logged into the site in question.

Who we share your data with

If you request a return of the password, your IP address will be included in the resetting email.

How long we keep your data

If you write a comment, the comment and its metadata will be saved without a time limit. The reason for this is that we need to be able to find and approve follow-up comments automatically and not put them in line for review.

For users who register on your website (if available), we also save the personal data they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account or have written any comments on this website, you may request an export file with the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have given us. You may also request that we delete all personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we have to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked via an automated spam detection service.
